Important Tram Information:
The new Tram at the Villas is a sensitive piece of equipment. It knows when the weight limit has been exceeded, when the doors are not properly closed and if something is on the track. These issues will all trigger the Tram to STOP or NOT FUNCTION until corrected. It is much like an elevator, but outside.

We have posted some safety information below and it will also be posted at the Tram. Remember, if the Tram stops in transit...DO NOT PANIC. There is a phone connected to an emergency dispatch service. They call Gus, Pioneer and others on the emergency contact list and can also call 911.

The Tram is well designed and is inspected by the State. The recent inspection was just last month and all systems passed. Children should not be allowed to use the Tram without an adult. This has been the source of some of the damage in the past.

The cameras will all be working in a few days around the West pool and Recreation center and the Tram area. This will help deter bad behavior and identify those that do not follow the rule or damage Association property.
